Dr. Everhard enjoyed a distinguished career in general surgery at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center, Westchester County, New York. He was Chief of General Surgery, Director of Surgery, and on the Board of Directors during his career at Phelps.
When Dr. Everhard settled in Savannah, Georgia, he worked in weight loss after retiring from general surgery. While working with weight loss patients, he became familiar with CoolSculpting. CoolBody Contouring was created to be and has become Savannah’s premier CoolSculpting specialists.

Michelle Sell, L.P.N. – CoolSculpting University Graduate
Michelle Sell graduated as an L.P.N. from North Central State College in Ohio in 2009; moving to Savannah the following year. She began working with Dr. Everhard as a nurse and lifestyle coach in October 2010. Michelle explains, “After struggling with my weight, I could relate to others and their struggles. I have also been able to inspire, encourage, and support them throughout their journeys. Dr. Everhard asked me to join him in taking our weight loss approach a step further by introducing the innovative, non-invasive technology of CoolSculpting to our patients. I was excited by the opportunity. I graduated from Coolsculpting University in Reston, Virginia, and started working with Dr. Everhard to help patients experience a body transformation without surgery and no downtime. Seeing the confidence CoolSculpting has given these patients has been extraordinarily rewarding, and I can honestly say – I love what I do.”
